GYEON PPF Program

We have finally managed to move our whole PPF production to one facility. This allowed us to set up a designated production line and resulted not just in significant savings (due to the logistics of the operation), but also allowed to implement special and unique features.

SIZES
For the first time, all core products will be available in all possible sizes ranging from 12″ to 72″.

LINER
For the first time ever, all films manufactured from 2024 onwards will have a unique, branded liner. This will not only make a cutting film for bulk installation more accurate but also ensure the originality of the material.

CUSTOM SOLUTIONS
All topcoats are tailor-made for GYEON and have been developed with our team of experienced testers located in 5 countries. Also the combination of liner, adhesive, TPU, topcoat and capsheet is totally unique and can’t be found in this layout on any other product on the market.

WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT IT?
Protect+ has always been known for its exceptional clarity and perfectly flat structure. The redefined film boosts all these properties to a new level while increasing ease of use! We fine-tuned the adhesive for better initial tack feel & reposition; sourced the highest grade of TPU available on the market for clarity and unmatched structure; redeveloped the top coat for long-lasting hydrophobic & chemical resistance properties with outstanding gloss.

FOR WHO IS IT?
This film was designed from the get-go for maximum protection & no visual compromise. The first-generation film found its customer base of daily drivers & high-end vehicles, with owners ready to pay a premium for the utmost protection available and the longest-lasting visual effect. It remains the same with the new version; however, we can highlight the fact that the new Protect+ may require less intensive (though we would always recommend) maintenance. From an installer’s point of view, this film feels thicker than any other in the line-up and requires a good understanding of the material in order to achieve a totally seamless install.

WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT IT?
PPF Hybrid combines the best features known from Protect+ (gloss, structure) with the ease of application (famous with Enhance) and its special feature – instant self-healing in even very low temperatures. With its unique pressure-sensitive adhesive, HYBRID has a medium initial tack, allowing repositioning with a lower risk of marking. It shares the same TPU as Protect+ but has an innovative top-coat technology that combines long-lasting hydrophobic & chemical resistance properties.

FOR WHO IS IT?
This film was designed for vehicles that are weekend drives or see lower annual mileage. Aiming on looks and a permanent scratch-free finish, HYBRID will suit owners who may neglect proper maintenance techniques while going to car shows or due to lack of facilities. It has the ability to heal instantly and suppress the risk of marring and swirls. From an installer’s point of view, this film feels really malleable compared to any other film of the line-up and suits well complex shaped panels found mainly on high-end vehicles. This film requires proper edge work; therefore, it is not recommended for quick/time sensitive jobs.

PPF Enhance delivers the ideal combination of protection, gloss and installer comfort. Sharing the same premium TPU foundation as the rest of the GYEON range, it provides excellent optical clarity, refined gloss and predictable installation behaviour. Available in two distinct surface versions, Enhance gives installers complete flexibility to match customer needs and service packages:
Enhance Hydrophobic offers long-lasting water repellency and easy maintenance straight out of the box. It’s a complete, self-sufficient protection film that ensures the surface stays cleaner for longer.
Enhance Hydrophilic features a coating-ready topcoat designed to work seamlessly with Q² PPF EVO or other professional coatings. It allows installers to offer a tiered package – from a standard PPF install to an upgraded coating service – without changing the film or workflow. This creates an effortless upselling opportunity while ensuring maximum performance and customer satisfaction. Both versions share the same core strengths: a smooth, low-structure gloss finish, self-healing, and a reliable adhesive system that makes installation fast, clean and consistent.

Enhance is the most adaptable film in the GYEON PPF lineup – ideal for daily drivers, sports cars and premium projects alike. For installers, it’s a predictable, efficient material suited to both quick-turnaround jobs and full custom applications. The Hydrophilic version in particular gives professionals an easy way to increase revenue by offering customers a choice between standard protection and upgraded coating-enhanced packages without altering materials or techniques. For end customers, Enhance guarantees premium gloss, long-term protection and the option to customise their finish and maintenance level – making it the perfect blend of practicality and performance.

WHAT’S DID WE CHANGE?
The Matte PPF is now based on the new Protect+ TPU – resulting in a higher grade material. The adhesive has also been revised for more malleability and higher initial tack.
The look of this film is close to OEM Matte/Satin paintwork.
